I think they call this a tent topper card...(?)
This is one of the projects for tonight's Stamper's Club. I used the Springtime Vintage DSP from the mini. My fave butterflies from Great Friend, the leaf sizzlet, Scallop Circle #2 die, scallop circle punch and 1 3/8" circle punch round off the list.

Yes Michelle, this is a tent card as far as I know -- and I love making these. Yours is so beautiful with the Springtime Vintage DSP and the Scalloped Circle die. Makes me want to sit right down and make one right now!!
